We just got back from a great week in Popponesset! We loved the house and it was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is tons of room for dining/entertaining. The outdoor shower/deck were amazing and the house came fully stocked with beach gear and toys. Kristy and Bill were very easy to work with and they immediately swapped out the grill when they learned one of the burners was not working properly. More importantly the house in in a perfect location near a fantastic beach, fishing pond and the Popponesset Marketplace. In fact my husband caught a fish every day!

The house is lovely. Fabulous layout and beautifully decorated with beachy theme. It could not have been nicer. Close to beach, pond and food. The outside deck is great to relax on and the area is wonderful. I highly recommend this lovely cottage.

We had a great week here in August. The house has everything you need, especially in the kitchen, very comfortable and liveable. 2 minutes to beautiful Popponesset beach, and 1 minute to Deans Pond for fishing. The whole area is quiet and we were very comfortable letting out kids scoot back and forth between the pond and the house on their own. Popponesset marketplace is less than 10 minutes walk away, which is a massive bonus over other beach houses we've rented. Already looking to return next year.

We stayed in this cottage for two weeks in July. It is the ideal location...steps from Deans Pond, the beach, marketplace, etc. The owners have done a fabulous job decorating and making the cottage bright and airy while also adding many special and personal touches that we have not found in other Popponesset cottage rentals (we have rented in this community for years!). If you are looking for the best location and want a cheerful open space to enjoy having friends/family over for dinner, this is definitely the cottage for you!

We loved our stay at this house! We had a full house with adults and kids, but we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The yard was good for the kids to play, and it's so quick to walk to the beach or fish at the pond. The marketplace is very close and an easy walk. We spent summers in this area as children and this house was a perfect place for our kids to do the same. We will be back.

We all enjoyed our week-long stay at this roomy beach cottage. The owners are wonderful and introduced themselves. The cottage is updated with beautiful soft colors and was comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were nice and also clean. The king bedroom on the second floor is quiet with a comfortable king bed. Short walk to beach and Popponesset market. Very convenient location.

Great for our overflow guests for a management meeting! Owners were easy to work with. Bedrooms were ok, nothing fancy but clean and quiet.

This house is the perfect spot for a Popponesset vacation. Located close to the beach, marketplace, restaurants. I highly recommend this house and owners!
